Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve in a K-12 school setting located in Arvada, CO. The role is a full-time contract for the school calendar year, beginning January 7, 2026, through May 21, 2026. Providers will work onsite, Monday through Friday, with a standard 37.5-hour workweek.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Manage a caseload typically between 25 to 45 students, with adjustments as needed.
- Participate in and bill for four annual professional development days scheduled in the second semester.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support student communication needs.
- Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFs) when applicable, provided CFs have completed their required 8-week school rotation and are eligible for DOE certification.
- Adhere to all district policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
- Active Colorado Department of Education certification.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Must be available to work onsite; virtual or hybrid options are not available.
- Open to Clinical Fellows under appropriate supervision.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide individualized therapy.
